National Association of REALTORS® Certifications & Designations
1. Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation is a credential that shows a real estate professional has in-depth knowledge of real estate and technical subjects. The GRI designation includes training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
2. Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation trains realtors how to help clients over the age of 50 with their real estate needs: Buying and Selling homes, Refinancing, Relocating, Downsizing, and Rightsizing.
3. Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation program provides training, resources, and skills to help real estate professionals work with buyers.
4. Green Designation is a program designed to educate realtors about sustainability and energy efficiency in real estate. The course is divided into two topics:
- Green Day 1: The Resource-Efficient Home: Retrofits, Remodels, Renovations, and New Home Construction
- Green Day 2: Representing Buyers and Sellers of Resource-Efficient Homes
5. Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA) is a program designed to improve property pricing skills when creating in depth and accurate comparative market analyses (CMAs) for buyers and sellers.
6. Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification (RENE) is a program designed to help professionals improve their negotiation skills and advocate for their clients.

Resort And Second Home Specialist Certification
(RSPS) is for real estate agents who specialize in buying, selling, or managing properties for second homes, investment, development, or retirement.
8. Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP) is a credential for real estate professionals who work with military service members and veterans.
9. e-Pro Certification is a program with a focus on the use of social media and technology to improve business skills and utilization of digital marketing.
10. At Home With Diversity Certification (AHWD) is a program designed to help real estate professionals work in a multicultural market.
11. C2EX Certification Endorsement is a professional endorsement program focused on improving professionalism and customer service.
In addition to his real estate education and career, Glenn is a former General Contractor. He has built and remodeled both commercial and residential properties. His latest commercial build out was a 14,192 square foot commercial business at the Colorado Outdoors facility in Montrose, Colorado. He is well versed in building codes, mold remediation, radon, asbestos abatement and fire and water damage restoration.
If that were not enough, Glenn is also an FAA sUAS Certified Remote Drone Pilot and an expert Matterport 360° Virtual Tour Technician. He provides drone and 360° virtual tour services free to all his contracted clients. He has used these tools for out-of-town clients that wanted to eliminate properties while saving on unnecessary flights.
