I wanted to buy a parcel of land with some acreage to build my dream log cabin on in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. I inquired about a couple of properties that interested me. I was in Wisconsin at the time and I didn't want to make several trips to Colorado to see properties. Glenn explained that He could help narrow the search without the travel. He is a drone pilot and offered to capture video for me to help me narrow my search. It was in the dead of winter with maximum snow pack. Glenn went out and videoed the properties from the air. He outlined the boundaries and gave me a graphic elevation detail of the property I liked. He sent me a link to the drone video and I was able to view the property from my home in Wisconsin. I was skeptical at first because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing was real. I called Glenn at 6:00 am MST the next morning to see if he could show me the property I liked that day. He met me at 2pm and showed me the property. The property was very busy with buyer activity. I had an advantage over the other buyers because I was able to see the entire parcel from the air and it’s amazing views that could not be seen from the ground. Glenn strategized a rapid offer with a short acceptance deadline and I was under contract in less than 48  hours of my initial contact with Glenn. I could not be happier. This guy was truly amazing. He really cares about helping others and he will go the extra mile to make things happen. I have since built my log home and I am settled in. If you are truly needing help in the Real Estate market this is your go to guy. He is highly recommended.
